Business Analyst I Opportunity

Seek a talented Business Analyst I to join our team, working remotely from South Korea. This role offers a dynamic environment within a global pharmaceutical client, emphasizing a collaborative approach with opportunities for growth and development.

This position involves:

  • Analyzing contract requests and translating them into appropriate clinical trial agreements and budgets.
  • Supporting negotiations of confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms, and other legal documents.
  • Assessing investigator grants for fair market value, aligning with regional guidelines and clinical trial details.
  • Guiding and supervising CROs in contract negotiations.
  • Managing contract amendments and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborating with global teams to review contractual terms, assess risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Tracking legal documents and metrics; reviewing and authorizing payments.
  • Ensuring adherence to SOPs, ethics, and compliance guidelines, and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Training and mentoring new business coordinators and analysts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or business; no prior industry experience required, including graduates from overseas institutions in English-speaking countries.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.) and clinical research processes.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with virtual teams is a plus.
  • Innovative mindset, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
