    About the role:
    Our client is on a mission to enable Australian businesses to get the best ROI from their technology investments. Currently seeking a Technical Delivery Managerin Cybersecurity who will act as a senior technical advisor and IT operations lead across a portfolio of enterprise clients, helping them stay secure, scalable, and future-ready.

    As a Technical Delivery Manager, you'll take charge of service delivery, client engagement, technical roadmapping, and continuous improvement across key accounts. Working closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineers.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Manage service health, risk, compliance, and reporting for assigned clients
    • Deliver technical roadmaps and drive delivery-led growth initiatives
    • Lead client engagements, from strategic planning to vendor demo coordination
    • Oversee renewals, scope of works, and subscription lifecycle management
    • Champion continuous service improvement and innovation programs
    • Act as the de-facto IT Operations Manager for your portfolio of clients
    What We're Looking For:
    • Looking for someone who not only has a solid technical foundation but also excels in customer engagement and strategic thinking.
    • Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies; or
    • Expertise in CISCO Networking (especially Meraki, SASE, or SD-WAN frameworks)
    • Demonstrated client-facing skills, you're comfortable presenting, influencing, and building trust with key stakeholders
    • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and sales enablement. This role isn't just about delivery, but helping drive business growth through strategic technology conversations
    • A consultative mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial outcomes
    • Must have a Permanent Residence or a Citizen
