Job Opportunity: Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day centre operations, maintaining a broad knowledge of programmes and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a focus on 'Big Picture' issues across the centre
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the centre's Emergency Action Plan
  • Work autonomously while being an active leader

Essential Qualifications:

  • Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

Desirable Qualifications or Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role at a similar facility is advantageous
