Centre Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the centre to the highest standards and minimising liability risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the centre's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure all processes and systems are operated in accordance with company guidelines and relevant legislation.
  • Identify and address any major risks associated with public liability, fire safety, essential services, non-essential services, staff, retailers, and contractors.
  • Implement security measures to protect the property, retailers, and customers at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and complete Property Inspection reports.
  • Ensure all operations and maintenance meet workplace health and safety legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in building services management, particularly in retail assets and their systems.
  • Degree in Property, Facilities Management, or related field (desired).
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Superior communication and client servicing skills.
  • Strong contract management and documentation skills.
  • Able to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
  • Possess a quality-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
