The Position

We are seeking a multi-skilled professional to join our team at our O'Connor centre as Store Manager. This is a key role that drives centre performance whilst aligning to our values. The duties will range from customer service, administration, and operations. Extensive coaching and development will be provided to ensure your success.

  • Support the O'Connor & Fremantle teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered by the team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and clean the storage facility and grounds.
  • Work towards monthly sales and operational targets of the O'Connor and Fremantle locations.
  • Oversee and actively manage centre operations, including maintenance, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
  • End of month reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding weekly and monthly updates/results.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.
  • Assist and service the commercial customer base to meet their needs daily/weekly.
  • Act on general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests, timesheets, customer contracts, and inventory management.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrated 1+ years' experience within a management or leadership position.
  • Strong conflict resolution knowledge and ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with all levels of staff.
  • A motivated and proactive outlook with willingness to learn and grow.
  • A driver's license and car for centre visits.
