Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and dispatch of goods, and leading a team of 7 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and manage stock discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Prepare and dispatch loads, ensuring timely processing of orders and maintaining optimal warehouse capacity
  • Ensure quality control standards are met, upholding safety procedures and OH&S compliance
  • Provide regular reports on key warehouse metrics, order fulfillment times, and staff performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Results-driven nature, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Experience working on initiatives and managing a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Critical thinking ability, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
  • Forklift license, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
