Job Description:

This role encompasses the responsibility of recruiting and enrolling domestic students into various courses and programs. The National Course Advisor will focus on building strong relationships with prospective students to achieve enrolment targets and service metrics.

The key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective communication with prospective students to ensure they meet their academic goals.
  • Managing student relationships, ensuring compliance measures are met, and providing accurate course information.
  • Resolving student concerns within Service Level Agreements and maintaining up-to-date sales systems.
  • Preparing reports on sales performance and providing insights to drive business growth.

For this role, we seek individuals with experience in sales environments who have consistently met KPIs and sales targets. Key skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivation, a willingness to learn new skills, and handling competing priorities are also essential.
