">We're seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team, providing specialist services in exercise and rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for individuals with various disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with neurological, progressive neurological, and physical disabilities.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized exercise programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of one year's post-graduate experience in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
- Registration with the Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
- NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
