Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized exercise programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of one year's post-graduate experience in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
