Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care and providing complex and multi-disciplinary care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Safe, Evidence-Based Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that is grounded in research and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and Direct Nursing Staff: Supervise, direct, and support nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs), to deliver patient care.
- Provide Education and Support: Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

We perform an average of 24,000 surgical cases and 2,000 births per year, making us a dynamic and challenging work environment.
About You- Authority to Work in Australia: You must have the necessary authority to work in Australia.
- Qualifications and Experience: You must have a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent and current registration (no restriction) with AHPRA. At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU, or CCU setting is required.
- Clinical Expertise: You must have clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Interpersonal Skills: You must have highly developed interpersonal skills, be proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.
