Executive Chef Position

Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned chef to lead the kitchen and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.



The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery, with extensive experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role. They will possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

As an Executive Chef at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, menu development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily food preparation. You will also contribute to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and HACCP principles.
