Role Overview

Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies to drive growth, retention and upgrading of donors.

This includes leading a small team to oversee communications, database management, analysis, data entry/banking and administration.

The ideal candidate will have strategic fundraising experience, staff management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive team culture.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with budgeting and financial modelling expertise.
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising legislation, practices and philosophy of charitable giving.

Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree or equivalent, with at least five years of management experience in business development or fundraising. CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and FIA membership are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead donor acquisition, appeals, communication and data initiatives.
  • Develop and implement fundraising programs for individual giving, regular giving, foundation websites and grateful patient programs.

As a key member of the fundraising leadership team, you will collaborate with other managers and consultants to achieve goals, financial targets and impact.
