Job Title

A seasoned Planning Manager is required to lead the planning team and oversee the end-to-end inventory management process.

  • Develop, review, and implement budget and open-to-buy plans
  • Ensure the creation of compelling assortment plans that execute the merchandise strategy
  • Drive seasonal re-forecasts across product groups
  • Take ownership of the Open-To-Buy process
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Planners
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews and development plans
Requirements
  • Extensive retail planning experience at manager level from another high volume and fast-paced retailer
  • Proven experience of achieving sales and margin targets
  • Proven leadership skills of coaching and developing a team of planners
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong experience of best-in-class merchandise planning applications
