**Our Purpose:**

The purpose of our team is to improve the customer purchasing experience by delivering commercial outcomes and improving inventory efficiencies.

**Your Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Planner to create and drive a strategic financial plan, develop annual category budgets, and conduct seasonal range reviews.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create a strategic financial plan and develop annual category budgets
- Analyse and present information to Management, summarising key strategic initiatives, growths & declines, risks & opportunities
- Conduct Seasonal Range Reviews
- Propose and manage Category Assortment Plans
- Manage OTB requirements through monthly re-planning and forecasting
- Key item planning and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Oversee the allocations of seasonal indent articles
- Article lifecycle management to optimise sell thru

**About You:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Be commercially astute with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- 3+ years' proven experience in a retail Merchandise Planning role or comparable role
- Experience working with a licensed manufacturer or sports retailer is highly desirable
- Are an Excel guru with knowledge of advanced functions, and highly desirable to have experience in JDA Allocations
