Healthcare Equipment Specialist

This role requires the ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair healthcare equipment in accordance with Australian Standards.

  • Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a mechanical or service-related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities are essential for addressing customer needs.
  • A high level of proficiency in administration, time management and punctuality is required.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are necessary for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all service activities accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain company vans and other service equipment in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, providing seamless support to customers.
  • Maintain product safety and integrity according to industry standards.
