We are seeking an experienced Patient Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process financial tasks, including invoice generation, payment plans, payments, and debt collection.
  • Provide support to the billing cycle, focusing on non-patient facing functions.
  • Perform patient revenue cycle management, code review, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and financial eligibility checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in medical accounts processing, including Medicare, DVA, and private health funds.
  • Knowledge of clinical administration systems (Mosaiq/PBRC) and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
