Our current role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as an Event Experience Manager at our venue in Melbourne's QV precinct.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead with Energy: As a hands-on leader, you'll motivate your team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Boost Revenue: By running effective shifts and driving up sales, you'll enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into a fun and lively destination that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Support Your Team: Coach and inspire a high-energy team of customer service professionals to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle Operations: Take charge of front-of-house and back-of-house portfolios, including roster management, training, and financial performance.
  • Cultivate Culture: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that makes coming to work exciting.
  • Grow and Shine: Develop your skills and those of your team, mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • An obsession with providing excellent guest experiences
  • Experience in driving revenue growth on shift
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised planner who works effectively under pressure and manages multiple priorities
  • Capable problem-solver and thinker on your feet
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
