Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Support professional to join our team in the Sunshine Coast Region. As a member of our Quality Team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation, standards, regulations and guidelines.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide strong and effective support to our residences, promoting high-quality care and services that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guidelines and Regulations
  • Strong clinical understanding and qualification as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and experience in Aged Care
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships to influence and negotiate change
  • Pragmatic and logical approach
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Results-driven and focused individual
