Data-Driven Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Performance Marketing Leader, you will lead the performance marketing strategy for respected brands across Australia and international markets.
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Design and deliver SEO and SEM campaigns for government, non-profit, and commercial clients.
- Set clear goals, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and client success.
This role requires a data-driven, strategy-led specialist who can present insights with confidence, conduct audits, and apply best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, an agency background, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
They will be comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco) and basic technical language, be self-directed, organized, and accountable, and have preferred tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the information technology, business development, and sales field.
