Clinical Recruiter and Education Manager

This role involves directing Virtual Health Clinical Leadership and Workforce support teams to ensure effective recruitment and delivery of training within Virtual Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Virtual Health teams to improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.
- Oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives.
- Manage budgets, action research, quality assurance programs, and on-call responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration, with expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards. Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach are essential. Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs are also required.
