Are you a skilled healthcare leader looking for a challenging opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruitment and Training Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Virtual Health teams to improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards. They will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, with expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards. They will also possess excellent communication and adaptability skills, as well as experience in team management and budgeting.

This is a full-time fixed-term position that offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Virtual Health teams to improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs.
