Key Clinical Coordinator Role for CAMHS Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our CAMHS team in the Northern region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care for children and adolescents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day coordination and leadership of the CAMHS team
- Ensuring best-practice standards are achieved through collaboration with team members and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing high-quality care plans that meet the needs of our clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with government, non-government, and private practitioners/service providers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or occupational therapy
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of coordinating workflow and motivating teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of contemporary triage practices relevant to child and adolescent mental health
