Jones Radiology is a leading medical imaging practice that prioritizes patient-focused care. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional diagnostic and interventional radiology services throughout South Australia and Alice Springs.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. This permanent full-time role is based at our Port Augusta Hospital clinic and involves working Mondays to Fridays between 8.00am and 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
- Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and attention to detail, minimizing patient effort.
- Provide exceptional customer service, cultivating strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others, with previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges.
