Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled HR professionals to join our team as People & Culture Advisors. As a key member of our national P&C team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

Your primary focus will be on employee relations, projects, reporting and analytics, teamwork, and compliance. You will work closely with leaders and employees across multiple sites to ensure seamless delivery of HR activities.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge and influence when needed.

  • You must have 2–3 years' experience managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
  • A relevant degree or AHRI Certification is preferred.
