
Hospital Support Representative

This is a customer-facing role within the Helpdesk and Communications team, supporting essential services in a fast-paced hospital environment.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for responding promptly and courteously to requests via phone, email and in-person, coordinating and monitoring service requests to ensure efficient workflows, managing hospital emergencies and escalating issues as needed.
