Job Description:

Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly and courteously to requests via phone, email, and in-person.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring service requests to ensure efficient workflows, managing hospital emergencies, and escalating issues as needed.

In addition, you will record and update data in line with policies and procedures, support work order scheduling and tracking, and collaborate with colleagues across Facility Management to provide an exceptional patient and staff experience.
