As a Payroll Officer at Decmil, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory lodgments, and business reporting for our employees. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for wage and salary employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory lodgments, such as tax returns and superannuation reports.
- Provide business reporting and payroll query responses to support the Group Payroll Manager and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve processes.
Requirements
