About the Role

We're seeking Physiotherapists to deliver holistic care by streamlining access to Allied Health services for efficient, patient-focused support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored education to meet individual patient needs.
  • Deliver treatment across a wide range of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions while developing strong therapeutic relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centred outcomes using evidence-based practices.
  • Manage patient expectations effectively through clear communication, trust-building, and proactive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, evaluate treatment progress, and help promote clinic services within the local community and onsite gym facilities.
What You'll Need
  • Current registration with AHPRA (or eligible to obtain).
  • Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number (support provided for new locations).
  • Compliant with AHPRA and APA codes of conduct and policy standards.
  • Holds Professional Indemnity Insurance, CPR, and First Aid certifications (as per APA requirements).
  • Has experience or exposure to Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (minimum of one university unit/rotation).
  • Ongoing participation in CPD activities.
  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with support from onsite Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
