We are seeking a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner to practice medicine with purpose, autonomy and a clear focus on the patient.
Opportunity OverviewThis role serves as the primary care backbone for our health centers. We are looking for a provider who thrives on independence and is ready to take charge in our clinics in North Dakota and Montana.
Your schedule is consistent with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call duty, so you can enjoy everything this beautiful country has to offer.
Clinic Details / Schedule- Sidney, MT: Monday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Wednesday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Virtual)
- Watford City, ND: Tuesday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Thursday (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Virtual)
Comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management will be your main areas of work.

Requirements- A passion for promoting health and preventing disease.
- The ability to see patients ages 2 and up.
- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- A current state license (ND and/or MT) and DEA.
- The desire to provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
- No more walk-ins, no more on-call, ever.
