As a Healthcare Professional, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to a high-need population.
You will be caring for patients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, many of whom are vulnerable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary medical care to patients
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Women's Health, including shared care, sexual health, and/or the care of people with drug and alcohol problems, and/or the care of children and young families.
Flexibility in session timing is available.
This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday with some extended evening sessions.
