Healthcare Professional Opportunity
CareATC is a healthcare organization that provides patient-centered medical care. We are currently seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary treatment team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with the clinic staff to provide high-quality comprehensive primary care. The ideal candidate will have experience in chronic disease management and individual interventions, as well as ongoing education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Health Center setting
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions and clinic support
- Provide ongoing education to patients and families
Required Qualifications:
- Current license in Montana and North Dakota
- DEA required for prescribing and dispensing
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing
- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
- Ability to prescribe appropriate medications and health regimens
