Safety and Environmental Systems Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating and delivering effective safety and environmental systems, processes, initiatives, and programs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Health and Safety Management system.
Key responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections and reporting on any hazards or risks, participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings, promoting safe work practices and environmental awareness among the team, maintaining currency and calibration for work health and safety equipment, and assisting with updating and maintaining company documentation.
Essential Skills and Experience- Experience in Health, Safety, and Environment is desirable.
- Interest in learning about Health, Safety, and Environment Legislation acts, regulations, codes of practice, and standards.
- Intermediate to high level of computer literacy and software skills.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
