Occupational Therapist Role in Pediatric Care

In this esteemed pediatric occupational therapy role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to children. Working collaboratively with families and other professionals, you will develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality assessment and occupational therapy services to children in a state-of-the-art clinic setting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate assessment and progress reports, including FCAs, sensory profiles, and NDIS review reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain and expand your knowledge base through ongoing professional development and sharing expertise with the team.
  • Offer mobile services to surrounding areas, which may include a travel allowance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or higher qualification.
  • Current Blue Card for Working with Children.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Australian Driver's License.
