Support Workers are the backbone of our Community Supports Services. Their role is to provide a welcoming space for clients, engaging them through activities and promoting independence.

Community Supports Programs operate on weekdays, while weekend activities cater to individual levels of disability and goals.

The Support Worker's duties include:

  • Fostering positive relationships with clients and supporting their unique needs
  • Providing flexible support, including shift work, sleepovers, and public holidays
  • Prioritizing tasks efficiently and working with clients from diverse backgrounds

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A valid Australian Driver's License
  • A Working With Children Check and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • A National Criminal History Check
  • Experience working with high-needs Disability clients
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent (desirable)
