We are seeking a Customer Service Experience Provider to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have lots of energy and a customer-focused attitude that is committed to creating memorable moments for everyone.

The position involves welcoming, assisting and inducting customers to the rooms, coordinating bookings, customer inquiries and requests, promoting services and promotional activities, facilitating safety inductions, cleaning and setting up rooms, and maintaining stock, materials and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and time management skills, a strong safety and wellbeing commitment, the ability to work under pressure, multitask and demonstrate a flexible approach, be physically fit and healthy, and have a working with children check and First aid certificate is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome, assist and induct all customers to the rooms
  • Coordinate bookings, customer inquiries and requests
  • Promote services and promotional activities
  • Facilitate safety inductions, clean and set up rooms
  • Maintain stock, materials and equipment

**Requirements:**
