About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm smile, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

You will also provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintain a neat and organized front desk area. Additionally, you will process payments and manage guest accounts, upholding the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
