About the Role

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our Integrated Care team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dietetic services to patients, promoting improved clinical outcomes and contributing to the development of contemporary practice guidelines and pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dietetic services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of nutritional disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in quality improvement and planning activities to optimize patient outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, including AHP1 Dietitians and Allied Health Assistants
