Intensive Care Secretary

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to the Intensive Care Services team. As a key member of the Critical Care & Perioperative Services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and reception services to administrative and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Intensive Care Services team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
