The Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our valuable customers, providing an exceptional experience throughout their building journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and supporting customers through each stage of their building process
  • Handling customer queries positively and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress information
  • Coordinating customer meetings with relevant stakeholders
What You'll Need
