We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and contribute to their personal growth and development.
- Evaluating, developing, and implementing support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Providing guidance and training to those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.
About You
- Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (Eg. OT/Speech/Social Work) is preferred.
- Experience creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans.
- Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
