The In-Work Support Mentor plays a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment outcomes. This position focuses on providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, and practical assistance to both participants and employers to help resolve workplace challenges, strengthen retention, and promote long-term success.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesMentor Participants: Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus. Provide tailored post-placement and on-the-job support to participants to help them maintain sustainable employment.
- Address workplace or personal barriers through specialized assistance and mentorship.
- Actively engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization.
- Monitor placement progress and outcomes and communicate any risks to relevant team members.

- Prior experience in employment services will be highly regarded.
- Able to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers.
