Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Career Placement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower and motivate participants to find sustainable employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Place participants into employment, resulting in successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activities are recorded, documented, and meet compliance requirements;
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable employment;
  • A genuine desire to support individuals in achieving their career aspirations.
