Senior Oncology Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our team as a Senior Social Worker in the Oncology Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and their families.
About the RoleThis role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment, counseling, and support to patients and their families affected by cancer. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, counseling, and support to patients and their families affected by cancer
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide recommendations for interventions
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and services to enhance patient outcomes
- Masters level qualification in social work or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in oncology social work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
