We are currently seeking an experienced Building Project Manager to oversee a range of refurbishment projects in our Aviation Sector.

Job Description

As a Building Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver high-profile projects. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Closing out final design requirements
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing the construction/delivery phase of the projects
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract management, variations and claims

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering capital works building projects, including service upgrades and refurbishments. You will also need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

A salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum plus benefits awaits the successful candidate.
