Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time theatre bookings administration officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing patient private & public elective surgery bookings and theatre lists.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders from various disciplines and have direct patient contact. To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise work and well-developed oral and written communication skills.

You will also require good computer literacy and experience using WebPAS and E-Admissions & E-Referrals systems.
