We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel Brisbane Central. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Coordinate room allocations and ensure efficient room cleaning processes
  • Conduct regular room inspections to maintain hotel and brand standards
  • Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest requests are met
  • Assist with ad-hoc department duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Opera PMS experience is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
