Role Overview

This position is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives within an organisation, with a key emphasis on tracking, reporting and analysing the benefits of implemented changes.

You will work closely with staff and project champions to identify, scope, and deliver improvement projects using established methodologies.

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent extensive experience in Data Analytics, Lean Six Sigma or related field
  • Experience working in organisations with diverse services, functions, or products
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Proven reporting, analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship skills
  • Ability to influence and coach improvement champions through change
