Human Resources Partnership Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to provide strategic HR support and guidance to the operating division.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, develop an understanding of business drivers, and respond with appropriate operational human resource solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Offer guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Implement a collaborative approach to staff disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building.
  • Deliver timely HR metrics and support employee lifecycle processes.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational values.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance.
  • High organisational skills with attention to detail.
