About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Operations Planning Manager to lead our end-to-end planning processes and drive transformation across the full cycle of supply and operations planning and fulfilment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG planning roles, with expertise in beverage manufacturing and distribution. They will be responsible for establishing best practice teams, delivering transformational change in planning systems, and implementing advanced planning processes and IT systems.

This is a newly created opportunity to optimise, enhance and streamline planning processes, and the successful candidate will have the autonomy to leave their mark on the organisation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG planning roles
  • Expertise in beverage manufacturing and distribution
  • Formal planning qualification (APICS or equivalent)
