Principal Statutory Planner

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in planning or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in statutory planning within the Victorian planning system.
  • A strong understanding of the social, environmental, and economic context of interface councils.
  • A proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and consultant teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative and adaptable working style with a focus on outcomes.
  • Confidence in preparing and presenting reports, briefings, and submissions.
