Bush Regeneration Team Leader

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our bush regeneration teams in Central Queensland. If you have a passion for ecological restoration and a strong commitment to safety, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Lead team members in the field on bush regeneration projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement revegetation plans.
  • Ensure safe work practices and promote a culture of safety.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration) or equivalent.
  • Experience leading team members in the field.
  • Strong CQ plant identification skills - native and exotic across a range of ecosystems.
  • Manual Driver's Licence + 4WD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cert IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
  • Chemcert or ACDC certification.
